Move Concerts, Latin America’s largest independent promoter, has launched a new artist-management venture in partnership with Argentinian singer-songwriter Abel Pintos and his agency, 70MIL.

Move Management’s first client is Pintos, for whom Move promoted the recent La Familia Festeja Fuerte tour of Spain, Mexico, Costa Rica, Colombia and Peru. For its second leg, the tour continues into Peru, Colombia, Costa Rica, Mexico, Spain and Argentina throughout the autumn.

With a career that spans over 23 years, Pintos is one of Argentina’s most successful homegrown artists, with countless gold, platinum and diamond records and taking the top spot for the most-listened-to Argentine artist on Spotify from 2014 to 2017.

Touring milestones include 15 Luna Park Stadium (9,290-cap.) shows between 2013 and 2015, 21 sold-out shows at the Teatro Opera (1,852-cap.) in Buenos Aires in 2015 and two sold-out shows at the River Plate Stadium (70,127-cap.) in 2017.

Move Concerts, led by founder and CEO Phil Rodriguez, last year celebrated a milestone 40 years in business. With four decades of experience, as well as seven regional offices throughout Latin America, Move “guarantee[s] the consolidation and exponential growth of Abel Pintos and Move Management”, says the company.

The company earlier this year also launched a full-service booking agency, WMM, offering booking, sponsorship/branding and social media services to Move’s roster.
